Villages of Vilano are located south of Ponte Vedra Beach Florida and two miles from downtown St Augustine in Vilano Beach, a year round Northeast Fl residential community. Vilano Beach is a beachfront community with a vision. As part of Vilano Beach’s vision, a new Town Center, which is ½ mile long, is being developed that incorporates St Augustine style architecture. The new Town Center encourages the creation of a mix-use retail area that will provide services for residents as well as visitors. The Town Center includes a new shopping center, outdoor cafes, bakeries, studios, art galleries, boutique shops, and a grocery store. Future projects that are part of this new vision for Vilano Beach include the completion of a Beach Pavilion, a Community Center, and Surfside Park. The Pier at Vilano Beach is also undergoing a transformation and the end objective is to institute a taxi/shuttle service connecting Vilano Beach to St. Augustine.
The Villages of Vilano were created as part of this vision. The Villages of Vilano consist of patio homes and condos. The patio homes offer approximately 1400 – 2100 sq feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2-3 baths; some feature a private walkover to the ocean and intercoastal waterway.
