Before you purchase a home, you should insist on having a home inspection. If any of the following problems arise, you should have them resolved before buying.
Any issues with the heating or air conditioning unit, plumbing, roof, foundation, basement, electrical wiring, integrity of walls, attics, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors should all cause sirens to sound. When the home inspection is completed, you should receive a detailed written report of the inspector’s findings. Structural integrity, plumbing, electrical systems, heating and air units and a termite check should all be covered during any home inspection. Any repairs that will be necessary should be divulged to you.
You should have a general knowledge of both the negative and positive aspects of the home. Safety issues that require special attention should also be given to you. It would be a shame to buy a home and be met with unnecessary headaches.
