When you put up your home for sale in North Florida, you want to be sure that your listing agent will do everything to sell your home quickly and at a fair price. Agents should run advertisements featuring your home in numerous locations. Newspaper ads could be generous sized ads with lots of listings or small classified ads highlighting your listing alone. Ads may also appear in local real estate magazines and your listing should be placed on the internet. The primary job of advertising is not to sell your house directly. Advertising generates phone calls and some of those callers become clients of the agents answering the calls. Agents match their clients with available homes, one of which might be yours. Ads create a pool of clients who are prospective North Florida home buyers, one of which may purchase your home.
