Including a closing date in your offer when buying a North Fl home is especially important. By including a set date, both you  and the seller can make plans for moving and the seller can make plans for buying his or her next Northeast Florida home.

Even though the majority of transactions close on the right date, do not be so inflexible as to a delay would cause overwhelming problems. For example, if you are retiring and need to give your landlord notice that you are moving out, you may want to allow a little give on the closing date. If your purchaser closes a few days late, you may find yourself staying a hotel with all your belongings packed in a moving van somewhere while you pay storage costs.
