The interior of your Jacksonville home should be cleaned and de-cluttered making the home appear brighter and larger.  Your countertops, cabinets, closets, and attic should be clutter free. Remove items that you use less frequently. A professional cleaning service may be a good option to clean your home every two to three weeks it is on the market. If the carpet does not look nearly new or the flooring looks worn, you should consider replacing it with a neutral option. Replace dripping showerheads and faucets. Examine and repair any heating, cooling, plumbing, and alarm systems. If you have any broken or cracked windowpanes, replace them. Also check the attic and basement for signs of leaks and dampness and cracks. If the paint colors are too wild, you should consider painting them a neutral color. By following these interior tips, you will be well on your way to selling your Jacksonville home quickly and at the price you want
