Purchasing a home may seem like and endless road, but there are several ways to help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. There are three major options when you buy a home: use a Realtor, a Buyer’s Agent, or For Sale by Owners. Each one of these things has advantages and disadvantages.
For Sale by Owner simply means that the seller has selected to list their home without the assistance of an agent. They are in turn getting out of paying fees connected to hiring a real estate or buyer’s agent. They will be responsible, however, for handling much of the work. This type of listing may appeal to you because the fees are not involved. However, this may not save you money in the long run. Knowing what to offer for a property takes knowledge of local market conditions.
