The Northwest area of St. Johns County is booming with growth. New Northeast Fl communities are developing all the time with the amount of land available. The school system is fabulous, and St. Johns County Schools have been rated in the top 14% of the nation and top eight counties in Florida on the FCAT. Recently, homes sell in as little time as two weeks with prices increasing about 15-20 % a year. There are numerous new constructions if you have time to wait to move in. Homes a year or two old are also an option in developments like Julington Creek Plantation, South Hampton, Cimmarone, St. Johns Golf and Country Club, and St. Johns Forest.
