Habitat for Humanity Jacksonville, Inc (HabiJax) endorses and builds high quality, affordable Jacksonville housing that enriches communities. The Northeast Fl  homes are constructed through a partnership between families and community groups. The goal of Habitat for Humanity is to eradicate substandard housing and homelessness worldwide. HabiJax  is gaining the support of the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (NEFMLS). The NEFMLS is sponsoring and sending volunteers to assist in building a home for a local Jacksonville family.  An increase of the amount of service to the community was the driving force behind the sponsorship. The project logo is Members Love to Share, an acronym for the MLS. So far, more than 1,400 Duval County families have been moved into a new home.
