A brand new development is underway in North Florida real estate. One of the first communities under construction is Coastal Oaks by Toll Brothers builders. Potential residents are expected to move into their new homes in the fall of 2007. There are five different communities in the works. Austin Park by Cornerstone Homes began taking reservation back in late 2006. Other communities and builders include Riverwood by Del Webb, Tidewater by Pulte Homes and Willowcove by Centex Homes.
