Two of Nocatee’s gated communities continue. Old Bluff Road Village and Oak Hammock Village, both gated communities, are being built in the southern part of the development.  Oak Hammock is being built by Pulte Homes, and will be an active adult community with age restrictions of 55 years or older. The community will include single and condominium homes priced from $200,000 to $500,000.

Old Bluff Village, which was re-named Coastal Oaks at Nocatee will be an upscale community of custom built homes built by Toll Brothers. Townhomes and single family homes ranging from about 2,000 to 5,000 square feet will be featured. Pre-construction began in mid 2006 on these Nocatee home communities.
