The area is bordered by the Beauclerc to the north and Julington Creek to the south, and the St. Johns River to the west. Residents of Mandarin, Jacksonville Fl enjoy amenities of an established historical community, as well as conveniences of other Jacksonville areas.  Most dwellings are single-family homes, priced in the range of $100,000 to $3 million for a riverfront estate.
