The Jacksonville metropolitan area, which includes three beach cities and Duval County real estate, Clay County real estate, and St. Johns County real estate has a vast population of more than 1 million residents. Located at the crossroads of two interstate highways, it is largest city in the United States in land area. There are three major Interstate Highways running through Jacksonville Florida, I-95, I-295 and I-10. The vast size of Jacksonville Fl makes it imperative that any potential home owner not only look at the subdivision in which the house resides but more importantly the area of town within Jacksonville.
