They are offering a diverse assortment of floorplans and price ranges.  The homes range from 1,200 square feet to 3,600 square feet. The prices range from $130,000 to $400,000. 

Lennar has recently opened three model homes in Heritage Park. Heritage Park is a 400-acre master planned community located just minutes from St Augustine; young and old will love the amenities offered in this conservation environment with nature’s hideaways. Heritage Park consists of five distinct neighborhoods and is conveniently located just minutes from I-95 and historic St Augustine. Lennar is offering four distinct plans in the intimate townhome community. You can tour the newly decorated Welcome Home Center and view the Acorn, Pecan and Pinecone plans. These homes include gourmet kitchens with upgraded GE appliances, full-size washer and dryers, faux wood window blinds, landscaping and irrigation. You can then tour Heritage Park and experience the beautiful community pool with ample parking, the clubhouse with its media room and library, and kitchen. Lennar is also offering a variety of floorplans at the OakLeaf Plantation. OakLeaf Plantation is located just a short drive from I-295 in Orange Park Fl., west of Jacksonville. This is more than a master planned community. They incorporated many of the components of New Urbanism in the community’s design. Lennar is actively involved in constructing homes in at least four of OakLeaf Plantation’s neighborhoods.

Lennar is currently building condominium homes in Fieldstone, an OakLeaf Plantation community priced from $130,000. Lennar’s condominiums in Millstone Village and Coventry start at about $140,000. All these homes come with full GE appliance packages, alarm systems, knockdown ceilings. Lennar has also recently opened models of their classic Victorian designed homes that they are offering at Hamilton Glen in Oakleaf Plantation.  These single-family homes feature front porches, detached garages in the rear, second floor balconies, and appealing crown molding. You will find everything you need in OakLeaf Plantation. Your children can attend one of the five planned OakLeaf schools; you can shop or dine in one of the two Village Centers, or work nearby in the new office and commercial parks.

Lennar increased its presence in the Northside of Jacksonville with the opening of Tison’s Landing. This community is easily accessible from I-95 and conveniently located near River City Marketplace, Jacksonville International Airport and just minutes away from historic Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. Tison’s Landing is one of the first communities to feature the “Logic of Lennar” designed concept in all of the Lennar homes. Lennar is offering one and two story floor single-family models that range from 1,488 to 2,482 square feet and  priced from $200,000.  Tison’s Landing is one of the hottest new communities on the Northside of Jacksonville.
