San Jose and Beauclerc are two of Jacksonville’s communities that feature mature homes built between 1960 and 1980. These areas hold some of Jacksonville Florida’s most stunning architecture. Bolles School, a private school recognized internationally is a prime example to such architecture. These neighborhoods offer scenic views of mature stately trees and some of Jacksonville’s most outstanding landmarks. These communities are nestled between the scenic St John’s River and I-95. To the west of the San Jose and Beauclerc is the St. John’s River. The communities span across San Jose Boulevard, which runs south from San Marco.
Beauclerc Road is a highly sought after location, and extends to the St. John’s river with a canopy of grand oak trees. The price range in the area spans from under $100,000 to $1.5 million plus. There are some condominiums and townhomes available in the range of $100,000 to $150,000. There is a wide variety of housing from brick-ranch style homes, two story contemporary homes, and upscale mansions.
