There are numerous marketing techniques your listing north florida real estate agent will use to make your house known when selling your Jacksonville home. Your agent should make a flyer that displays a photo and provides the main features of the home. A phone number should also be included so buyers can contact your agent to obtain further information. The flyers should ideally be placed in a prominent location in your home and also in a brochure box attached to the for sale sign. The brochure box is accessible for those buyers who just happened to see the sign while driving by. The flyer should contain ample information so the buyer can decide if a follow-up call is necessary.
