The condition of your home’s exterior is critical to how a buyer views the property.  When selling your Jacksonville home steps, porches, verandas, patios, and balconies should be kept uncluttered, swept and in great condition. Entrance doors should be painted. Awnings and shades should be in good condition. If the color is dull, replace them. An outside living and or dining area with furniture and plants makes a very welcoming outdoor atmosphere. Emphasize your pool area, water garden, lighting, benches, planters, and flowering plants.
