In the past, condos have had a bad reputation of homeowners’ associations having defects in the construction and other problems, but recently, the image has been polished. Elected volunteers serve on the association boards. Many of them are much better trained to deal with the complex budget issues as well as legal matters. Northeast Florida Condos have also proven to be a good investment. They have held their value even with economic rough times. Over the past few years, condos have appreciated more than when they began in the late 1970s. The Northeast Fl Condo real estate market have definitely come a long way since the 1970s.
